Album Review: Metal as Fuck

Another awesome review of Transcend Reality

"I'd go as far as to say that this entire album consists of bloody interesting and intriguing songs. Despite getting bashed in the face by huge slabs of bass, the guitars are swooningly brilliant and you get punished by volleys of drums. Again, the little flourishes on every track are a proper delight. For instance, Masterpiece opens with some almost classical guitaring which drops away to be replaced by heaving, fat weighty chord work - but the clean guitar pops up again at intervals throughout the tune like little air pockets to stop you drowning in the heaviness; and the delayed/echoing parts on here are just genius...bloody, bloody interesting stuff."
